Richard A. DiCorrado has 39 years of experience in civil litigation. Mr. DiCorrado’s practice is devoted to civil litigation, the investigation of insurance and health care fraud. In his career Mr. DiCorrado has represented clients in first party and third-party litigation in thousands of cases. Mr. DiCorrado has extensive jury trial experience, as he has tried over 100 cases to verdict. This includes high severity litigation personal injury cases involving wrongful death and catastrophic injury. In addition, Mr. DiCorrado has been the lead trial counsel in complex litigation matters involving affirmative relief Qui Tam actions, complex business litigation, and real property disputes. He has litigated hundreds of claims in arbitration hearings.

Mr. DiCorrado has presented lectures on the topics of claim modeling, reimbursement-based medicine, spinal fusion surgery, medical lien factoring and litigation financing to multiple insurance carriers and professional organizations.
